Eggnog without eggs? What!
Eggnog is one of those Christmas drinks I never thought would be good vegan.
But this Christmas we were determined to learn how to make good vegan eggnog.
What we learned was, not only is vegan eggnog easy to make, it’s incredibly delicious.
What’s more, is it’s a super-fast drink to whip up.
Vegan Eggnog Ingredients
One of the best things about vegan eggnog is its simplicity to make.
You can whip up vegan eggnog in 5 minutes. All you need is a blender, some plant milk, and a few spices.
- Oat milk (We love Oat-ly) | 3 cups
- Full fat coconut milk | Whole 14 ounce can
- Agave | 5 Tbsp
- Ground cinnamon | 1.5 tsp
- Ground nutmeg | 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract | 1 tsp
- Coconut whipped cream
- Cinamon sticks
- Alcohol (Rum or bourbon goes best)
Making vegan eggnog instructions
Step 1: Pour the Oat Milk followed by all the ingredients listed above into a quality-grade blender.
Step 2: Blend on high for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour into glasses and add optional toppings and/or alcohol.
And that’s it. Simple vegan eggnog in just three steps.
