The popular Japanese chain JINYA Ramen Bar just launched new vegan dishes—in addition to their already delicious and abundant lineup of plant-based bites. Some of these new plates are part of a limited-time Chef’s Specials menu, while others are joining the permanent menu.
New Vegan Options at JINYA Ramen Bar
There are four new vegan options at JINYA Ramen Bar. First up is Vegan Crispy Rice with Guacamole. The appetizer, which is a part of JINYA’s Chef’s Special menu, features guacamole with red onions and tomatoes on top of crispy rice. Next is the Tsunami White Pearl, a ramen bowl made with vegan veggie broth, Impossible meat, thick noodles, green onions, red onions, spinach, broccoli, baby leaf lettuce, crispy garlic, and garlic oil. Another new ramen dish to grace the menu is the Gluten-Free Ramen, which allows you to build the bowl of your dreams—complete with gluten-free noodles. To make it vegan, choose the vegan broth, tofu or Impossible meat, and whatever vegetable toppings you’d like! Last up is the Sautéed Broccolini which is served with crispy white quinoa. The Tsunami White Pearl, Gluten-Free Ramen, and Sautéed Broccolini are all a part of JINYA’s permanent menu.
