Hereâs a look at some of the fabulous festive flavours available from M&Sâs Plant Kitchen range this year.
1. Vegan Duck Croquettes
These duck-style croquettes will make a tasty starter with a difference, or a festive party snack.
Made from shredded soy protein and coated with crispy breadcrumbs, they come with a sweet cherry hoisin sauce for dipping.

2. Plant Kitchen Selection Box
An easy way to serve up your Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, this selection box contains everything you need to accompany your roast.
The box contains triple-cooked roast potatoes, red cabbage, cauliflower and leek bake and a garnish selection featuring vegan pigs in blankets and apple and cranberry stuffing balls.

3. Vegan Beef Wellington
M&Sâs meat-free centrepiece this year is the Plant Kitchen âBeefâ Wellington.
Featuring a wheat and pea-based beef-style fillet topped with a rich mushroom duxelle, this golden pastry feast will look stunning on your Christmas table.
The Wellington serves 4 for ÂŁ15.
5. Vegan Butternut, Almond & Pecan Roast
If meat substitutes arenât your thing this colourful main might just hit the spot instead.
This slice-and-share roast contains a flavourful mixture of roasted sweet squash, mixed nuts, beans, and cranberries and comes with a red wine and thyme gravy.
Itâs available at a price of ÂŁ8 for 4 servings.
6. Plant Kitchen Christmas Pudding
This perfectly matured Christmas pudding is delicately spiced and packed with juicy vine fruits, cider, rum, and sherry.
The pudding is gluten-free as well as vegan, and can be simply steamed, boiled, or microwaved.
A single-serving pack costs ÂŁ2.
7. Vegan Melt in the Middle Chocolate Pudding
For those who prefer a less traditional festive dessert, this decadent, chocolate-y pudding is sure to do the trick.
The soft, chocolate sponge pudding has a hidden centre of smooth Belgian chocolate sauce.

8. Plant Kitchen Mince Pies

A favourite festive treat, these shortcrust pastry mini pies are filled with M&Sâs classic mincemeat.
