Ghost kitchens are becoming increasingly popular as the cost of running brick-and-mortar restaurants goes up. VSpot Grille, a new vegan ghost kitchen that just opened in Dallas, is already seeing success with its menu of vegan burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches.

VSpot Grille’s Menu of Vegan Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Salads, and More

VSpot Grille is the brainchild of local Dallas chef Lori Moore, who has been a part of the restaurant industry for years and runs a plant-focused catering company, Plated Love Kitchen. Moore decided to open the concept as a ghost kitchen because of the lower overhead required, and because she hadn’t seen a concept quite like hers offering quick-service vegan burgers in the Dallas area.

The menu is simple and is made up of a variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches. VSpot uses Impossible patties for all of their burgers, and customers can choose from a Shroomz burger (dripping with thyme aioli and smoked gouda on a pretzel bun), a Bakun cheeseburger (loaded with vegan bacon and cheese on a Hawaiian bun), or a patty melt (stuffed with caramelized onions and Thousand Island on sourdough).

Fried chicken sandwich offerings include the Jalapeno Popper (loaded with pepper jack, bakun, and jalapeno cream cheese), the Kale Caesar (served on a bed of housemade kale slaw and drizzled with caesar dressing), and the Cali Wranch (topped with smashed avocado, sprouts, and an avocado lime ranch). Fries are available to add on the side—and don’t forget a side of their house Wranch dressing!
