Just days after reporting robust global growth, Oatly announces the launch of a new âgreat tastingâ oat drink range with improved recipes â Light, Semi, Whole, and âNoâ Sugars â in major retailers across the UK.
âWe want to make it easy for people to swap in plant-based for dairyâ
Dairy and soy-free, Oatlyâs new range is unflavoured, contains no added sugar or sweeteners, and is low in saturated fat. Oatly oat drinks provide calcium, iodine, riboflavin, and vitamins B12 and D. According to a recent study, this new range has a 58%-63% lower climate impact than comparable cowâs milk, announced Oatly.
Aligning with the companyâs commitment to sustainability, Oatly recently launched a global regenerative agriculture movement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions dramatically, starting in Canada, Sweden, the US, Finland, and the UK.
Bryan Carroll, GM at Oatly UK, commented: âWe want to make it easy for people to swap in plant-based for dairy in their diets, and that means designing products that require zero compromise on taste, performance, or nutrition.â
For coffee, tea, and favourite recipes
Oatlyâs Light, Semi, and Whole have improved recipes to make better coffee and enhance smoothies, cooking, and baking.
In a first-time dual format launch, Oatly âNoâ Sugars will be available chilled and ambient. It offers Oatlyâs milk versatility in a milder flavour, less sweet version. âItâs ideal in tea and breakfast cereals, or for those looking for a less sweet-tasting addition to their recipes and meals,â says Oatly.
âWeâre excited to now offer consumers in the UK a full range of oat drink varieties and formats that work just as great in your morning coffee as they do in your favourite food recipes,â added Carroll.
Oatlyâs Light, Semi, Whole, and âNoâ Sugars are available at Tesco, Co-Op, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisonâs, Ocado, and Amazon; in Sainsburyâs from the 29th of May.
