Pure Vegan Cafe (formerly Pure Juicery Bar) has been a local favorite for fresh juices and acai bowls in Cary, North Carolina for a few years now. This month, Pure Vegan Cafe launched their second location in Raleigh. Currently, for soft opening, juices and smoothies are available with limited food options. The restaurant plans to debut their full cafe menu on September 23.

Raleigh Vegan Food

Pure Vegan Cafe will be a welcome addition to the blossoming Raleigh vegan food scene. The menu at the new location will be the same as the menu in Cary, offering cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and vegan cafe food.

Some menu favorites include the house-made gluten-free waffles, chipotle chick’n sandwich, loaded Buffalo ranch fries, and the pink bowl (made with pitaya). Pure Vegan Cafe offers a kids’ menu for the little ones, which includes a grilled cheese sandwich served on a gluten-free waffle, chik’n nuggets, and mini Impossible burgers. The rest of the menu is expansive, with several burgers, chicken sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches to choose from. Plenty of gluten-free options are available, and breakfast is served all day.

The cafe’s highlight is their cold-pressed juices, which are served in grab-and-go bottles or can be juiced to order. They also offer juice cleanses in one-, two-, and three-day bundles. Check out the full juice and cafe menu here.

Pure Vegan Cafe Grand Opening

Pure Vegan Cafe will host its grand opening on September 23. They will be offering a special menu alongside their regular menu of juices, acai bowls, smoothies, and vegan cafe food. All guests that come in on opening day will receive 15% off their entire order.

The cafe is located at 8369 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, NC 27613 and will be open seven days a week from 9am-7pm. Check them out at @purevegancafe on Instagram for more information and updates on the opening.
