What you need:
2 cups cherry tomatoes
10 cloves garlic
½ cup hummus
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16-ounce) box of pasta, cooked to package directions
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To a baking sheet or cast-iron pan, add tomatoes, garlic, hummus, and olive oil.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until tomatoes are blistered and soft. Toss with cooked pasta, and serve.
