New Year’s Resolutions can be tricky to keep up with and can leave many with too much pressure at the beginning of the year. To combat this, Whole Foods has just launched its Resolution Renovator to help consumers reimagine their New Year’s resolutions.

A Better Way to Do New Year’s Resolutions

The Resolution Renovator was developed after Whole Foods conducted a survey in which they found that nearly two-thirds of Americans feel that New Year’s resolutions put unwanted pressure on them at the beginning of the year. Furthermore, many people surveyed were not confident about their resolutions—giving themselves less than a 50% chance at achieving their goals. Whole Foods is aiming to flip the script on New Year’s resolutions and instead help consumers set attainable goals and affirmations for 2022.

Whole Foods has teamed up with three popular motivators in the holistic space who are no stranger to positivity: New York Times bestselling author Gabby Bernstein, plant-based recipe developer Radhi Devlukia-Shetty, and Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby. These three Wellness Motivators represent the mind (Devlukia-Shetty), body (Rigsby), and spirit (Bernstein), and all three will be offering curated affirmations and intentions as a part of the Resolution Renovator.

Set Your Goals for the New Year and Win Prizes!

Interested participants need only to enter their email address here and answer a series of questions about their goals for the New Year, and they will receive a personalized affirmation and intention from the Wellness Motivator of their choice. The Resolution Renovator is open from January 5-26 and can be used an unlimited number of times.

For each time a participant uses the Resolution Renovator, they will be entered to win a 2022 Well-Being Bundle consisting of a variety of Whole Foods products selected by the Wellness Motivators. One winner will be selected each day. At the conclusion of the program, three participants will also win a personalized video with an uplifting message tied to their 2022 affirmations and intentions from the Wellness Motivator in their category of choice.
