âAny dog left outdoors in the winter is sure to feel freezing, miserable, and desperate,â says PETA Senior Vice President Daphna Nachminovitch. âAlthough the best way to keep dogs warm and safe is by keeping them indoors as family, PETA is offering these dogs a small measure of protection to make the bitter cold more bearable.â
PETAâwhose motto reads, in part, that âanimals are not ours to abuse in any other wayââopposes speciesism, a human-supremacist worldview.
